Shareholder Agreements

« back

When starting a new business venture, it can be very useful for the shareholders to enter into a shareholders agreement at the outset so that the understandings between them are written down from the beginning.  This can avoid confusion and disputes at a later date.  A shareholders agreement will need to be drafted by your lawyer for your particular circumstances.

If you need help with preparing a new shareholders agreement, or reviewing an existing one, then the lawyers at our Howick and Remuera offices are able to assist.
